The friendly and helpful staff went above and beyond, offering early check-in, travel advice, and convenient services like luggage storage and a water filter for guests. The hotel's prime location near cafes, restaurants, and the metro made exploring Berlin a breeze, while the thoughtful amenities like the front desk computer, reusable bottles.
